We will listen to your concern about your practice and will answer any questions you have about our consulting services. This is a free call with no obligation.

Pre-visit Research
It's simple. By asking insightful questions and listening effectively prior to our onsite visit, we will learn about the specific needs and challenges of your practice.

With this information in hand, we'll customize our visit to focus on your practice's most-pressing issues.

On-site Consulting
Throughout our visit, we will keep our eyes on the end result: to reduce your stress while helping your practice improve operational efficiencies and increase revenue.

Day One: We conduct an in-depth analysis of all office aspects, interveiw key individuals including staff, dentist(s) and others. We focus on specific areas of concern and look for opportunities for change that will improve your practice's efficiency, including reducing operational costs and improving revenue.

We allot appriximately 30 minutes per person for staff interveiws. Apart from the staf interveiws, we will not disrupt your daily patient schedule.

At the end of the first day, we will hold a one hour meeting with the dentist and key team members, and we'll recap what we've learned.

Remaining Consulting Days: While the length of this consulting phase varies depending upon the scope of issues, it typically takes us two to three days for the average single dentist office.
