Principle Consultant: Frank D'Allaird, D.D.S.
Frank D'Allaird is a dental executive with more than 30 years experience in dental management and consulting, including office operations, budgeting, financial management, associateships, dental insurance, relocations, start-ups, patient relations, and communication issues.
Before starting Advantage Dental Consulting, Frank spent 13 years as the dental director of a multi-state staff model HMO, five years as chief executive officer of a Private Dental Practice Management Company, and four years as a senior vice president of operations for one of the largest dental practice companies in the country. He has worked with individual dentists, partnerships, large multi-site groups and institutions all over the country.
Frank is a visionary who helps clients accomplish strategic goals for dentists, staff, and clients while making clients' practices more profitable, and their personal lives more fulfilling.
Associate Consultant: Carmen Ronca, D.D.S.
Carmen Ronca offers clients 30 years of experience in leadership roles in dentistry including group practices. He specializes in conducting peer reviews, and advising clients on quality assurance, risk management, practice administration, insurance management and continuing education in the dental field. He most recently served as dental director for 1st Advantage Dental Management, L.L.C. for six years.
Associate Consultant: John MacDonald
John MacDonald brings 28 years of financial experience in the healthcare field to benefit our clients. He most recently served as the chief financial officer of a multi-state dental practice management company where he was responsible for a $16,000,000 budget and a staff of 15. He has also managed mergers, acquisitions, site expansion, finances and bank relations for dental and medical operations. John holds a B.S. degree in accounting, along with a master's degree in health systems management.
Administrative Advisor: Jane Choquette, Certified Dental Assistant
Jane Choquette is a manager with 26 years experience in dental and medical administration. Her specific areas of expertise are office operations, hiring, staff training and management, coaching and customer satisfaction. Jane specializes in improving interpersonal communication between staff, patients, vendors and dentists.
We also partner with other professionals to provide adjunct services such as banking, money management, legal and accounting.
